Rehabilitating Mr. Wiggles is a self-syndicated weekly comic strip that currently runs in Mercury, Internazionale (in Italian), Rochester City Newspaper, and The Badger Herald. Mr. Wiggles’s exploits have been collected into five books—three in the U.S., one in Italy, and one in Russia. New comic strips are updated every Monday. Neil Swaab is a freelance illustrator, book designer, and animator whose clients include HarperCollins, The Utne Reader, The Village Voice, Storage Magazine, Plenty Magazine, and a ton of alt-weekly papers and other trade publications. His characters and art can seen throughout the entire first season of the show Superjail on Adult Swim, in which he served as a character layout artist, as well as the pilot episode for Ugly Americans on Comedy Central. In addition, Neil is an instructor at Parsons, the New School for Design, where he teaches in the Illustration department.
