So, I finally—finally!—got around to redesigning this site! I’m using the WordPress theme Inkblot combined with the Webcomic plugin, which was a snap to throw together and I highly recommend it for any aspiring cartoonists out there. The site’s about 99% done. I think the only thing still left to resolve are the permalinks, which I need to talk to my host about since there are some permissions issues preventing me from pretty-ing them up. That should probably be resolved by the end of next week.

So, the site’s got some great new features:

1. You can now read random comics using the “Random” button.
2. The blog is now actually fully integrated with the site and much more functional.
3. You can use your arrow keys on your keyboard, if you’d like, to navigate through the comics.
4. The comics will soon be searchable! I’ve transcribed the last 20 or so comics and will continue to do a few a day until they’re done. You can use the “Search the archives” box to find what you’re looking for. Once I get more transcribed, this will be very useful.
5. Less ads! Ads are annoying and, frankly, don’t bring me very much money. So now I’ve just got one on the side.
6. Finally, the comics are bigger! Yay! Now, much easier to read!

With Thanksgiving coming this week, X-Mas is right around the corner. If you’d like anything from my store, please make sure to order before December 19th (U.S.) and December 15th (International) to make sure you get it in time for the Holidays!

Sorry for the lack of updates to the blog. I’ve been ridiculously busy the past several months. One of the things I had to do was redo my illustration/design website, which is now live. Check it out if you’ve never seen it! I’d love to redo this site at some point too, though I can’t imagine when that would be.
